David Feldstein spent two decades watching talented advisors make an impossible choice: stay inside a restrictive system that stunted their growth, or go independent and build everything from scratch, alone. He built Veranovia because that choice shouldn't exist. As founder and CEO, he leads a planning-first OSJ and advisor platform designed to give independent financial professionals something the industry rarely offers them together: real autonomy and real infrastructure.
His path into financial services wasn't a straight line, and that background is part of what makes Veranovia different. Before founding the platform, David spent years in sales management, coaching and developing advisors from the inside, learning firsthand what it takes to help someone grow a practice and where the support systems around them tend to fall short. He's spent the better part of his career inside the operational realities that shape advisory businesses, watching what breaks down when platforms prioritize the institution over the individual. That experience is in the DNA of everything Veranovia builds: compliance as a growth tool rather than a constraint, technology that works for the advisor rather than the other way around, and a community where firms share strength without surrendering independence.
At Veranovia, David's work centers on helping advisors close the gap between what their practice earns today and what it's actually worth. Most advisors think about their business in terms of annual income. David thinks about it in terms of multiples, because the difference between a practice built on personal effort and one built on documented systems and transferable infrastructure can be the difference between a modest exit and a life-changing one. David is based across Atlanta and Southwest Florida, where he lives with his wife and two college-age children, building the same thing at home that he builds at work: something worth passing on.
